Meet the Nursery Team

Natalie has worked with children and families for over 20 years and holds a degree in Early Years Care and Education. She has gained experience working with children in day nurseries and supporting families across the world within the leisure industry.

Natalie now brings her wealth of experience to the Roberts Centre, where she leads Roberts Day Nursery, overseeing the team and supporting the delivery of high-quality care and education for children and families. She also manages teams supporting young people across the centre, using her experience to help ensure our services meet the needs of the children, young people and families we work with. Alongside this, Natalie oversees our case management system, helping to ensure our teams have the information and systems they need to provide effective support.

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys walking, crafting, reading and, of course, eating ice cream.

Caroline has worked at the Roberts centre since 2009 and has over 17 years’ experience working with children and young people. Caroline has a Level 3 diploma in children and young people’s workforce; Level 3 SENCO and is currently working towards her Level 3 Child psychology course. Caroline loves being with the children, helping them to learn and grow. Her favourite part is seeing the transformation they go though in the year years from young toddlers just learning about the world to big pre-schoolers ready to go on their journey to school.

Caroline enjoys supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Caroline finds watching them grow in confidence and achieve milestones, no matter how small they may seem to others incredibly rewarding.

Emma did her level 2 and level 3 apprenticeship at the Roberts Centre and has now been working here for 7 years. Emma achieved her SENCO qualification in 2024. Emma enjoys her job because every day is different, she loves watching the children grow and learn new things and loves the idea of helping shape future generations positively. In her spare time she enjoys playing with and walking her dog, reading a variety of books and she occasionally sing in a band.

I am level 3 qualified and joined the nursery in 2026.

Floss is level 3 qualified (since 2012) and has been working at the Roberts Centre since May 2025. Floss is passionate about creating strong relationships with the children and their families so together we can support the children to achieve their full potential. Floss has experience as a room leader and 3rd in charge in different settings. Floss loves working in the nursery to support the children’s learning and interests through play. In her free time I enjoy spending time with my daughter and husband, they love going on Disney trips.

Hollie started as an apprentice with the Roberts Centre in 2024 and has recently passed her Level 3 in childcare with a Distinction. Hollie loves working with children and being able to watch them as they learn and grow. Hollie loves baking and runs her own small business doing exactly that. Hollie has often baked treats for staff to enjoy at training days!
